1. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email containing a tracking number that you can use to track your order online.

2. Do you ship to my country?

Shipping is currently available for Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and United States.

3. Do you provide a shipping tracking number?

After placing your order, you will receive an email within 2-3 days with your tracking number to check the status of your order. (it may take some time to be updated)

3. How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

Payment or billing information cannot be altered once an order is placed. To request changes to your order, please contact Customer Service. We are available 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. The fastest way to get in touch with us is by contacting us on Instagram @spadesneakers or @spadeswear 

4. Do you have a refund policy?

A refund or exchange is accepted with the original receipt within 15 days of receiving the package and must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

5. I still have not received my order?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to the pandemic restrictions and/or customs clearance process. You can, however, track your order and see where it is at any time.
